IIT Recruitment 2023: Salary up to 177500 pm, Job Verification, Qualification and Other Details
IIT 2023 recruitment: IIT Gandhinagar is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the position of System Analyst, Junior Technical Superintendent, Junior Accountant, Nursing Assistant, Assistant Physical Training Instructor, Junior Assistant, Junior Accountant Assistant, and Junior Laboratory Assistant. There are in total 35 vacancies for the given position. In accordance with the official notification of IIT recruitment 2023, candidates will receive a monthly remuneration between Rs. 21,700 to 177,500. The upper age limit is different for each category which is indicated below.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection test. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of IIT Gandhinagar. The deadline for submitting the application file is February 28, 2023. Applications received after the deadline or incomplete applications will be rejected.

Age Limit for IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2023:
As stated in the official notification of IIT Gandhinagar recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is given below-
For the system analyst- The maximum age limit for applying for a position is 45 years old.
For the Junior Technical Superintendent and the Junior Account Manager- The maximum age limit for applying for a position is 32 years old.
For Nursing Assistant, Physical Instructor Assistant, Junior Assistant, Junior Accounting Assistant and Junior Laboratory Assistant– The maximum age limit for applying for a position is 27 years old.
Remuneration for IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2023:
As per the official notification of IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2023, candidates will be paid monthly remuneration as given below-
For the system analyst- Candidates will be paid Rs. 56,100 at pay grade 10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500), (with currently applicable transport allowance and DA, the gross – excluding HRA – amounts to Rs. 87,354 pm).
For the Junior Technical Superintendent and the Junior Account Manager- Applicants will be paid Rs. 35,400 at pay grade 6 (Rs. 35,400 1.12,400), (with currently applicable transport and DA allowance, gross excluding HRA amounts to Rs. 53,820 pm) .
For Assistant Care Nurse and Assistant Physical Training Instructor- Candidates will be paid Rs. 29,200 at pay grade 5 (Rs. 29,200-92,300), (with currently applicable transport and DA allowance, gross – excluding HRA – amounts to Rs. 45,264 p.m. ).
For Junior Assistant, Junior Accounting Assistant and Junior Lab Assistant- Candidates will be paid Rs. 21,700 at pay grade 3 (Rs. 21,700-69,100), (with currently applicable transport and DA allowance, gross – excluding HRA – amounts to Rs. 34,914 p.m. ).
Additional residential accommodation will be provided on campus with applicable fees and subject to availability; otherwise, HRA will be paid according to GoI standards.
Qualification for IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2023:
As per the official notification of IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2023, the qualification is given below-
For system analyst- ME/ M.Tech with at least 55% marks with at least 02 years of relevant experience OR BE/ B.Tech. with at least 55% marks and at least 04 years of relevant experience OR First Class MCA with 06 years of relevant experience.
Desirable: Degree in computer science/engineering/information technology. Expertise in system administration under Unix/Linux/RDBMS, experience in system analysis/design, good command of Java, JSP.
For Junior Technical Superintendent-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 55% marks in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Civil, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science/Computer Applications and Materials Science or in related disciplines with two years of work experience OR Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in physics, chemistry or biosciences with three years of professional experience OR M.Tech with at least 55% marks in the relevant branch of engineering with one year of work experience.
Preferably, work experience in laboratories of institutions of national importance.
For Junior Account Manager- Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 55% marks and three years of accounting experience OR Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks and five years of accounting experience.
Desirable: Knowledge of current versions of Tally or any other accounting software. Two-year degree/degree such as MBA (Finance), CA or equivalent.
For Assistant Junior- Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks in any discipline with two years of work experience using computer applications.
