GoDaddy is hiring an Experienced Remediation Analyst – Website Security Support I, the candidate will work virtually for this position. The Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting our GoDaddy Website Security customers. Cleaning up after an attack takes everything you bring with you and more. Roles and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must be able to:
Website cleaning and troubleshooting (this role will resolve customer issues through support tickets)
Handle malware removal requests following a trained process, checklist, and workflow while demonstrating strong customer service skills
Reading code to determine if a particular file is malicious or not
Encourage our system with new findings to improve our automation process
Solving client websites with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and other CMS software
Writing regex regular expressions
Work with teams to review data and produce security-specific content to share
Work an 8 hour shift with weekend day coverage
The ideal candidate should also have:

You take ownership of your projects and communicate clearly
High standards and a desire to make a difference with your work
Organizational skills that allow you to prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently
Open source and community participation and contributions are a plus
Eligibility:
General understanding of security principles and use of good security practices in general
Linux experience – CLI and cPanel
Experience with Apache, NGINX and other web servers
Web Malware Experience (decoding, understanding)
PHP and Shell scripting/automation
