Factbox: Over 30 UK lawmakers quit government jobs

LONDON, July 6 (Reuters) – At least 32 British lawmakers, including Finance Minister Rishi Sunak, left Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s government in less than 24 hours, saying the British leader no longer had their confidence and plunging his government in crisis.

The departures began on Tuesday with the departure of Health Secretary Sajid Javid just after 6 p.m. local time (1700 GMT). Sunak’s resignation letter followed nine minutes later.
